Everyone has a voice. Individually, each person comes with a rich knowledge base, but when it's shared, we can build new connections and creations. Participation, collaboration, and social learning theories enrich and elevate learning to improve performance and cultivate bonds between colleagues (Felton, et al., 2014; Rukmini, et al., 2018). Ultimately, by sharing our knowledge, everybody wins overall. Let's bring meaning to learning by igniting involvement, and providing space for reflection, creativity, and overall autonomy. Once there is a purpose and means to learn, people will adopt the tools to analyze, evaluate and create (Krathwohl, 2002). My goal is to instill purpose and support you by encouraging learning and growth (Mayer, 2002).
